How it is used
Your details and any obituary submission are intended to let the team respond, review the wording and contact you. A photo or tribute will not be published without separate family approval. Website enquiry and obituary forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Thol’s M can review submissions in the Netlify site dashboard and configure email notifications for the contact and obituary forms. Netlify processes the submitted details and any obituary photo under its own terms and privacy practices. Please avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry. WhatsApp, telephone and external links
Telephone and WhatsApp links open third-party services. If you contact the company through those services, their own privacy terms apply. Links to maps, social networks and support organisations also lead to external websites with separate privacy practices.
Browser-local tribute messages
The sample guestbook on the homepage saves messages only in the local browser storage of the device being used. These messages are not sent to Thol’s M, are not visible to other visitors and may be removed by clearing browser data. Do not use this sample guestbook to publish a real public condolence board without adding a secure publishing and moderation service.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the form and can contact Thol’s M by telephone or email instead. For questions about information you have submitted, please use the contact details on the homepage. The company should confirm the correct process for access, correction and deletion requests.
